Yeah...Snow

Sunday we woke up to snow. Amelia was so excited and all she wanted was to go out and play. I finally convinced her to eat breakfast first and then she could go out and play. I hunted around the house looking for all the parts and pieces to bundle her up. She was getting quite impatient with me as she wanted to "taste the snow."

Cute as an Eskimo.

Getting ready to grab the first bite.

Product in hand...

...and the taste. Verdict: Yummy.
I felt bad as she would have really like a friend to go out and play, but I wasn't quite in the mood to bundle myself up, so I sent the dog out with Amelia. The next thing I hear is the door shutting and Amelia quite upset. She comes marching over to me and tells me, "Bell has my glove." I look outside and Bell (the dog) is running around the yard with Amelia's glove in her mouth. She was having quite the time. I opened the door and called Bell. She came, but of course dropped the glove in the middle of the yard. As I went to get my boots to head out and save the glove, I overheard Amelia mumble to Bell, "That's not nice."

I can just hear Shad saying the same thing, "thats not nice" She is too cute all bundled up. We'll have to get together & let the kids play.

She reminds me of the kid in Christmans story that gets all bundled up and can barely move. She sure is a cute little thing, she sure could use a playmate, like a little sister/brother.
